I have to admit, I love any occasion that involves dresses, heels, fancy cocktails and dancing. But add to the mix a troupe of acrobats, face painting and a belly dancer and I’m over the moon. Our annual Librations Gala has all this and also benefits the library. What more could you ask for?
Inspired by Erin Morgenstern’s bestselling novel The Night Circus, the library will be transformed into a magical circus tent, complete with a ringmaster — Fred Lee of CBC fame! Tickets for the gala are still on sale. You can buy them online here, or at the library today or tomorrow at the door. Hope to see you all there in your black, white and red fabulousness!
